Not being able to decode wallet V1 is making observer panic, and the federations using that are stuck, FMO not processing new items.
So, until we are able to upgrade Fedimint Observer to use fedimint-core 0.7, we will need to deploy this workaround to bypass walletInputs that are not V0.
