Removes five CSS files from tahrir/static/css/ which were use by the old Jinja2-based HTML frontend
Deleted Files: unsemantic-grid-mobile.css, unsemantic-grid-responsive.css, unsemantic-grid-responsive-tablet.css, tahrir.css, monokai.css
