As a keyboard user, I am tabbing around my UI.
Focusing the stars the first time works fine. However, as soon I tab away as
onBluris called, thetabIndexis changed from0to-1, rendering the stars unfocusable.This means I cannot change my rating.
I have solved this issue with this PR.
