I removed the
_COUNTRYpart from thelanguage_COUNTRYspecifiers, since there are no country-specifics in the current translations I think (a friend with Mexican roots said thees_ESalso fits Mexican usage).Actually, specifying the country may even be not so well supported in Sphinx (it uses gettext which does support it, but I'm not sure why e.g. https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/usage/configuration.html#confval-language doesn't mention country codes).
