Expanded TargetFrameworks to include net10.0 in both `BigExcelCreator.Test.csproj` and `BigExcelCreator.csproj`. Upgraded NUnit to 4.4.0, NUnit.Analyzers to 4.11.2, and NUnit3TestAdapter to 5.2.0 in `BigExcelCreator.Test.csproj`. Updated DocumentFormat.OpenXml version range to `[3.3,4)` in `BigExcelCreator.csproj` for improved compatibility.
