Add new `fern deep` command that allows users to send emails directly to co-founder Deep. The command includes optional --subject and --message flags for direct email composition, with an interactive prompt mode when run without options.

Rename the command to use the full name 'dsinghvi' instead of 'deep' throughout the CLI reference documentation, including all examples and descriptions.
