docs: update SDK snippets to reflect dynamic snippets as default

Summary

Updates documentation to reflect that SDK snippets are now dynamic by default (as of CLI v3.34.0). Changes include:

• sdk-snippets.mdx: Removed the Note callout explaining how to enable dynamic snippets and updated the intro to state that snippets are dynamic by default across all supported languages
• site-level-settings.mdx: Updated the experimental.dynamic-snippets ParamField default from false to true and revised the description accordingly
• 2026-01-05.mdx changelog: Fixed property name from dynamicSnippets to dynamic-snippets (kebab-case to match docs.yml format)
