Updates the frontmatter layout in the welcome.mdx file by reordering attributes and fixing newline formatting. Also adds test/placeholder content to the SDK documentation under fern-folder.mdx. These appear to be minor documentation structure changes and test content additions that will need to be reviewed before merging to production.
