Fix error when applying a patch with kustomize. The k3s1 cluster directory didn't follow recommendation. Now it should be correct.

Unfortunately, apps resources ended up in the 'flux-system' kustomization, not in 'apps'. This PR should fix this, but I'm not sure if the resources will be kept intact when applying. |
