Multi-Source File Upload Plugin:

• Adds a Filament plugin supporting file uploads from device or URL.
• Provides tab-based UI to switch between upload sources.
• Automatically hides/shows tabs based on upload state.
• Allows customization of labels, icons, and polling intervals.
