This pull request adds the new plugin Preset Filters to the Filament plugin directory, along with the author profile for Gerard Guiu.

What’s included:
• New author file: gerard-guiu.md in content/authors
• Author avatar: gerard-guiu.jpg in content/authors/avatars
• Plugin metadata file: gerard-preset-filters.md in content/plugins
• Plugin image: gerard-preset-filters.jpg in content/plugins/images

The Preset Filters plugin allows Filament users to save, load, and manage predefined filter configurations for resource listings. It supports default filters, custom-named filter sets, and multi-user environments.

All content follows the official Filament contribution guidelines.

Hey! Your plugin does not currently have an image. Please add one as outlined in our Contributing Guide. The image must follow the 16:9 aspect ratio, be at least 2560x1440 pixels, and preferably be a JPEG.

You can use Beyond Code's banner generator to create a banner for your plugin. Let us know once this is added!

Also, your author avatar must follow a 1:1 aspect ratio, be at least 1000x1000 pixels in size, and preferably be a JPEG file, as outlined in our Contributing Guide.

Please make the necessary adjustments and let us know once this is resolved.
