I've also changed the `LoadVestingFunds` to return a `[]VestingFund` so we can abstract across the different underlying representations. related to filecoin-project/builtin-actors#1636

I've also changed the `LoadVestingFunds` to return a `[]VestingFund` so we can abstract across the different underlying representations. related to filecoin-project/builtin-actors#1636
