fix(facebook): Allow latest facebook_flutter_auth

This allows a newer version (7.0.0) of the facebook_flutter_auth dependency which adds support for Facebook Limited Login

Are you sure it works just upgrade flutter_facebook_auth version? From flutter_facebook_auth 6.x to 7.x there should be breaking change.

When I use this PR in my project got error:

As an FYI; A PR has been merged that bumps the facebook auth package: #553

On iOS, ATT is taken into account and will use either limited/classic login depending on ATT status.
