Yep, CI run is much longer with more UI tests. I've tried to alleviate that by building app once for integration and UI tests

I've updated the CI flow on this PR but it's not running: #1273
I think because I changed the base branch from api-refactor to development branch. I need this in so CI can run for this PR: #1273
