CI had been disabled due to no activity in 60 days. I re-enabled, closed and open to trigger. Also, it looks like we should add a test to make sure an app can build without duplicate main symbols. That could be done in a separate PR |

Thanks @paulb777 . Can we make a new patch release on top of this? We need this for Cheryl's work on swift/cpp. |
