[AI] Rename structured output types with Firebase prefix

Renamed the following types/protocols:

• ConvertibleToModelOutput to ConvertibleToFirebaseGeneratedContent
  • Computed property now firebaseGeneratedContent instead of modelOutput
• ConvertibleFromModelOutput to ConvertibleFromFirebaseGeneratedContent
• JSONSchema to FirebaseGenerationSchema
  • Computed property now firebaseGenerationSchema instead of jsonSchema

Updated the macro to generate code matching the above name changes.
