These have only caused confusion, as they're output often makes no
sense, and we generally just end up ignoring them (but have discussions
about it every single time). Let's remove them.

The resources/overlay/etc/systemd/system/fcnet.service service depends
on udevadm to be installed in the rootfs.

Since we deliberately create a condition of no space, it is not
guaranteed that Firecracker is able to produce complete log messages.
Use the API error message instead.

Ubuntu 6.14 kernel is configured with CONFIG_MITIGATION_GDS making
/sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/gather_data_sampling report
Vulnerable.  Suppress the check until the distro updates the kernel
configuration.

We're dropping official support for our oldest supported instance type.
There is no functional change, meaning Firecracker will continue to work
on that instance type, but we will drop all automated testing on it.
