Most features unsupported, use these cmake options: `-DCUDA_ENABLE=OFF -DOpenCL_ENABLE=OFF -DOpenSSL_ENABLE=OFF -DMICROHTTPD_ENABLE=OFF -DHWLOC_ENABLE=OFF`

Seems to magically exit when ASM mode is used, set
cpu.txtasm:off
