feat: binary forensics plugin

[jstucke]

• replaced binwalk with binary forensics plugin
  • which uses the new binwalk v3 instead of binwalk v2
  • reason: binwalk v2 ist EoL since 2025-12-12 (see https://github.com/OSPG/binwalk/blob/master/README.md)
