Overview
Fix for publish-release workflow
The list of trigger events for the
Publish release imageworkflow was changed, but the code for thechecktask was not updated. As a result, thepublish_imagejob no longer runs on releases, and OCI images no longer build and push to the registry.What this PR does / why we need it
This fix is needed to keep the check job aligned with the workflow triggers, restoring release-time image publishing and keeping registries up to date for users.
