Code Review

This pull request aims to bump the project version to v0.2.10. However, the version in version.txt is updated to 0.2.10rc1, which is inconsistent with the pull request's title and description. I've pointed out this discrepancy and suggested a correction to ensure the release version is consistent.

high

There's a discrepancy between the version in this file (0.2.10rc1) and the version mentioned in the pull request title and description (v0.2.10). If this is intended to be the final release as the PR title suggests, the version here should be updated to match.

0.2.10

we can ignore it, initially I write a rc1 but I expect it will be confusing to users to install pre-release.
