Improves documentation for probe-related outputs; no code logic changes.

• Clarifies that ProbeOutput and TimeAverageProbeOutput points stay fixed in the global frame regardless of mesh motion
• Clarifies that SurfaceProbeOutput and TimeAverageSurfaceProbeOutput project once at start and then move with the target surface if it moves
• Fixes typos in example units from fl.u,m to fl.u.m across examples
