Introduces new Geometry AI surface meshing options with validations and translator support.

• Adds remove_hidden_geometry (bool) and flooding_cell_size (length) to MeshingDefaults, and updates remove_non_manifold_faces description
• Enforces validations: mutual exclusion between remove_non_manifold_faces and remove_hidden_geometry; flooding_cell_size requires remove_hidden_geometry; included in Geometry AI feature checks
• Extends GAI translator whitelist to include remove_hidden_geometry and flooding_cell_size
• Updates reference JSONs to include remove_hidden_geometry; adds tests covering new validations and updates translator refs
