Overview
Repository/CI post-migration cleanups. Adds Git LFS tracking for common binary/artifact types (and notebook/changelog diff/merge attributes) and updates CI checkouts to fetch LFS files.

The main test workflow now runs on push to develop, adds workflow-level concurrency (canceling in-progress develop runs), and treats push events like merge-queue runs by enabling local+remote+extras integration tests with full selection.

Docs generation is made more resilient by skipping robots.txt post-processing when the Sphinx build fails or the file is missing, and the module docs template no longer includes the “Inherited Common Usage” snippet.
