Problem
We're behind by about 7 Roblox Studio versions so it's time for an upgrade!
Solution
Pinned RobloxPackages to 0.710.0.7100702 and fixed up issues along the way.
There seem to have been some changes to Signals under the hood that changed when work gets complete
