Oracle没有提供纯Go驱动，只能依赖 gcc，但Oracle协议复杂，无法用纯Go完全实现，目前已经是最佳方案了 |

当时没有合并到框架内就是因为这个gcc，会导致很多windows用户无法正常启动项目，pr暂时保留，我这边先找一个方案。 |
