What's new

Static Encrypted Nonce (SEN) recovery optimizations (new CUID dictionary format), to be used with MFKey 4.1 flipperzero-good-faps#296

Verification

Build firmware, confirm no errors
Read MIFARE Classic card, confirm no issues
(Feature) Read backdoored SEN MIFARE Classic card, recover keys with MFKey 4.1, read card after CUID dictionary is created (it should identify the keys ~10x faster)
