This PR adds FlashDeconv to the Transcriptomics Pipelines section.
FlashDeconv is a high-performance spatial transcriptomics deconvolution tool for cell type mapping. It uses structure-preserving randomized sketching for efficient processing of large-scale spatial datasets.
