All unit tests under com/jetbrains/lang/dart/* now pass.

How come these tests are deletable? Are they not relevant any more? |

These tests were dart-embedded-in-html content user journeys which we don't need to support anymore for the language feature (if this were to change, support could of course be added back in.) |
