This pull request removes several // TODO and // ignore comments. While this is a good cleanup, removing the ignore for missing_code_block_language_in_doc_comment will cause a new lint error to appear. I've provided a comment explaining the issue and how to resolve it by correctly formatting the documentation comment.

Fixing flutter/flutter#157620. No actual changes, just cleaning up a couple of comments.
I avoided running the formatter because it changes the entire file, but if you'd like me to, I can.
I also didn't add any tests, nor pubspec, CHANGELOG changes.
