Not sure if I'm onto something here but I tested on my project and by copying bun's executable from the official image, I managed to drop a few mb, 40mb to be precise. also not sure if the version of the debian image matters, I'm using trixie locally but bun only says
debian, there are no specific debian versions provided by bun
