- Removed oauthScopes (it's now optional) from most bootconfig.xml
- Kept it as an empty array in the SalesforceSDK default bootconfig.xml so that R.array.oauthScopes is still defined
- Kept it in SalesforceSDKTest because some test depends on it
- Also moved account_type from bootconfig.xml to strings.xml
- Showing scopes in dev info
