Driver CAB packaging
Drivers distributed through Windows Update seem to be packaged in CAB archives.

Command:
expand <CAB FILE NAME> -F:* <DESTINATION>

The driver CAB file archive is signed by "Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher":
