Contribution guide

Please refer the Template.md for the template.

Checklist

1. Create file named as Month_Date.
2. Put the file in the appropriate folder based on the meeting and meeting month.
3. If there is no folder for given month please create it and add the folder.
4. Core for FOSSLK core team discussions & CC for meetings taken with campus clubs.
5. Once the minutes are updated create a pull request and drop a message in the communication channel. Someone from the team will approve.
