You will need JAX (0.2.28), SciPy, QuTiP (4.6.2) and PyMoo (0.4.2.2) installed.

Room for Improvement

To do:

• Some graph search for the probability tree (RL-based, genetic, etc.).
• Tools to visualize the purification maps (they produce fractal structures).
