After finding the Mall in the Spanish book.adoc at documentation/content/es/books/handbook/book.adoc, I wondered whether I had missed an occurrence in the English book.adoc. Hopefully not missed:

• https://docs.freebsd.org/es/books/handbook/book/#preamble (the preamble before the preface) does mention the Mall
• https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/book/#preamble does not.
