Add the possibility to generate a dangerzone-slim version, which doesn't contain the `container.tar` file. This can be built by using the following command line: ./install/linux/build_rpm.py --slim
It now lives at github.com/freedomofpress/packages
By default, the dangerzone package will now come without the container.tar file. A dangerzone-full package now exists and provides the full version.

This removes the container.tar from the Linux packages, providing
-fullvariants for the versions with the container.This doesn't currently change how windows and macOS installers are created. Currently they continue shipping with the container.tar inside.
