feat: Update cast exception to include original value #77

Prior, the cast exception would contain the cast-value and not the original value, which can be confusing when reporting the validation error to users.

Overview
This compliments #76, and ensures the original value is what is included in the exception when casting a value (not just when explicitly validating.)
