While this seemed to work at first, there's a regression in either FTE or ffmpeg regarding certain videos. The Half-Life logo.avi plays fine at first but when it comes to looping around it halts the engine. |

some minor and not-so-minor API updates. also adds it to
NATIVE_PLUGINS.TODO: maybe should test libav* versions with preprocessor macros? is that even possible?
