Adds keyboard layout for Punjabi language based on Gurmukhi script

Overview

This pull request adds a Gurmukhi script keyboard layout for Punjabi to the Futo Keyboard Layouts repository.

Methodology

The layout follows a similar approach to the Marathi_v2 layout, trying to recreate the dynamic row from GBoard with existing FUTO Keyboard functionality.

Invitation for Collaboration

I am not a native Punjabi speaker. I invite Punjabi-speaking individuals who regularly use the Gurmukhi script to provide feedback and suggestions to enhance this layout.

I have currently placed the layout in Gurmukhi/gurmukhi.yaml. My current level of understanding prevents me from deciding whether it should be under Punjabi/gurmukhi.yaml. Would appreciate if someone in the knows sheds some light.

@SanmayJoshi the folders are just for our understanding, and which folder a layout file is in does not affect its behavior. The current classification is mostly based on scripts, so Gurmukhi/gurmukhi.yaml is a good choice.

I just did, and came here to check it out. It asked to delete this PR. Thought that was weird.

Irony is that it said this PR was causing unnecessary additional work to FUTO, but you guys had to take time out of whatever little you have and make your comment because of that email from fake account. That's sad.

Keep up the good work guys. You guys are doing the world so much favor, and making it into a better place.
