This commit updates the project's publishing configuration. Key changes: - Updated POM and SCM URLs from `thefuntasty/donut` to `futuredapp/donut`. - Changed `SONATYPE_HOST` to `CENTRAL_PORTAL`. - Added new properties (`mavenCentralPublishing`, `signAllPublications`, `mavenCentralAutomaticPublishing`) to `gradle.properties` for streamlined Maven Central publishing. - Removed `RepositoriesMode.FAIL_ON_PROJECT_REPOS` from `settings.gradle.kts`.
