This commit updates the `CHANGELOG.md` file to include the release notes for version 2.3.0. Key changes in this version include: - Full Compose Multiplatform (CMP) support with an iOS target. - Merged sample apps into a single, unified Compose Multiplatform sample. - Added a chooser screen to the Android app to navigate between CMP and legacy Android Views implementations. - Removed the legacy Android-only sample module. - Fixed the publishing configuration for Maven Central. - Updated dependencies, including Kotlin, Compose BOM, and the Android Gradle Plugin.
