This Power BI dashboard was created to analyze employee turnover and support HR and management decision-making. The dashboard provides a clear view of turnover trends, impacted departments, primary reasons for leaving, and other key metrics. The tool aims to inform decision-making and guide strategies for reducing turnover rates.
