I'm including here more details on the different groups and started a discussion on the Cookbook with pointers to generic guidelines on how to create a community. I suggest merging this now, because I already experienced merging conflicts with other changes. |

Should we maybe move that to the bottom of the page? "Get involved" is maybe what we want to highlight a bit more?

thanks @bgruening - I am not sure I follow - to me "Get Involved" will be one of the recipes, and it is a heading below, providing steps on what people can do to get involved.
