This PR is a draft until: (1) [high] quick QA of non-Bare sites on the Hub which also call to Bootstrap
.cardclass look reasonable (2) [high] regional-specific custom code (ie.[data-name='/eu/main1']) removed fromBareArticleLayout.astroand (3) [moderate] remainingbare.cssconverted to Tailwind. The result should: (1) fix all Bare Sites (not just primary FR/EU ones) and (2) reduce need for custom css code for future Bare Site changes and faster admin adoption of regional-specific Bare sites.
