Causes build and CI failures since we are using a GL_VERSION with MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH, but platform test can only hanle MAJOR.MINOR.

Causes build and CI failures since we are using a GL_VERSION with MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH, but platform test can only handle MAJOR.MINOR. We do not run these test, so we can skip the failing build entirely. This requires pinning to a newer upstream build pipeline that supports the argument.
