The configurations for Jetty packages were setting nightly and prerelease repositories.

I think that we might need to develop a time period in the gzdev for not having to remember about removing these configurations when the stable release is done.

I just created a branch named ci_matching_branch/use_stable_on_jetty from this branch and opened a dummy PR with the same branch name to test

it looks like it is only using the stable repos now

actually I think the gz-transport main branch still needs to resolve dependencies from nightly repo

never mind, I think gazebosim/gz-transport#752 is all that is needed
