Trying to build a small program that can have a window/area blocking a fixed area (e.g. watching a movie and blocking the subtitles) (on a Windows PC). Not knowing how to get started yet.
还不知道怎么开始做，但想编写一个Windows上的小程序，可以有一个固顶的窗口，挡住屏幕上的部分内容（如，看电影时挡住字幕区域）。
When the basic program is finished, add features such as: Setting blocking area's color, Boundary on/off, Drawing any shape of the blocking area...
基本程序完成后，可以添加功能：设定颜色，是否显示边框，画任意形状的遮挡区域……
