This commit refactors the `lookupTyCon` and `lookupDataCon` functions in `src/TypeLevel/Rewrite/Internal/Lookup.hs` to use the `lookupModule` and `lookupName` functions from the `ghc-tcplugins-extra` library. This simplifies the code and removes the need for custom logic to find modules and names.

ghc-tcplugins-extralibrary wherever possible, as requested in the issue.
