…Fachdienst v1.6.1-draft - Introduced a new markdown file detailing the mapping of the Practitioner resource from KBV_FOR_PR_Practitioner to PractitionerDirectory. - Included important mapping points, field mappings, transformation rules, and examples for constructing practitioner names. - Documented the process for determining the Telematik-ID and selecting the correct Practitioner based on the provided references.
- Introduced `cleanup_html_pages.py` to remove IG-specific elements from HTML files. - The script cleans navigation, headers, breadcrumbs, and simplifies footers. - It processes all HTML files in a specified directory and updates them in place. - Added logging for actions taken during the cleanup process.

Enhance documentation for prescription data and practitioners in the E-Rezept service, effective 01.07.2026. Introduce a script to clean up HTML pages for the FHIR Implementation Guide and remove obsolete files. Update various mappings and improve index HTML structure.
